Since 1998, Changzhou Chengxin Metal Products Co.,Ltd is focusing on manufacturing of steel pipes&tubes. Started as an ERW steel tube manufacturer, we have built our brands of small and medium size ERW steel tubes in Jiangsu Province. With market and demand change as well as technology improvement,we are devoting ourselves to precision tube manufacturing since 2006. Two sections are involved here:Cold drawn steel tubes and ERW steel tubes. Till now,we have now been a manufacturers of hydraulic cold drawn steel tubes with capacity of 25000 tons and ERW steel tubes with capacity of 15000 Tons.Covering an area of about 32000M² with building area of 22000M², we are proud to introduce ourselves as an experienced tube solution provider and reliable partner for various industrial application like hydraulic cylinder,automotive,machinery,etc.The section of cold drawn steel tubes consists of two advanced hydraulic cold drawing benches(300 tons’ power and 250 tons’ power),3 heat treating furnaces,4 honing machines and 2 skiving&roller burnishing machines,we are able to manufacture and supply tubes with big size range from 50mm to 325mm in OD and various steel grades covering carbon steel, carbon-Manganese steel, and chrome-molybdenum steel.The section of ERW steel tubes consists of 2 ERW mills including one high precision ERW steel tube mill.Here,you can find carbon steel and carbon-manganese steel ERW steel tubes with round,square,rectangular,oval shape and bright&smooth or black surface from 8mm to 70mm in OD.Especially,the 3 chain cold drawing benches enables to us to manufacture cold drawn ERW steel tubes for our customers.Quality assurance system of ISO9001-2008 is strictly applied here and tests&inspections like tensile test,hardness test,impact test,chemical analysis,non-destructive detection are carried out strictly as per standard specification and customers’ technical requirement. We are always here and ready to supply quality tubes,good service,and firm support for customers all over the world.
